O 高级主任设计师/主任设计师（可持续发展）Senior Associate/Associate of Sustainability

职责描述：
–  熟悉相关绿色建筑标准（LEED/国家绿标/BEAM Plus/WELL等）；
–  能够独立或指导团队进行绿色建筑认证相关的可持续设计，计算分析，专项分析报告，认证提交直至获得相应绿色建筑认证的工作；
–  能够对项目进行整体把控，优质高效的完成（或带领团队完成）绿色建筑，LEED， WELL等认证项目的交付；
–  能够协助或带领团队获得市场机会，并参与项目早期的技术沟通及商务洽谈；
–  高级可持续顾问需7年以上项目经验。

Job Description:
–  Familiar with related green building standards (LEED/ NATIONAL Green Standard /BEAM Plus/WELL, etc.).
–  Be able to independently or direct the team to carry out sustainable design, calculation analysis, special analysis report, certification submission until obtaining the relevant green building certification.
–  Be able to take overall control of the project and complete (or lead the team to complete) the delivery of green building, LEED, WELL certification projects with high quality and efficiency.
– Be able to assist or lead the team to obtain market opportunities, and participate in early technical communication and business negotiations.
–  Senior sustainability consultant must have at least 7 years of project experience.

任职要求：
– 暖通、建筑技术、建筑设备、建筑物理等相关专业正规院校本科及以上学历；
– 了解建筑物理分析和相关模拟分析软件者优先；
– 熟悉相关绿色建筑相关规范、节能技术及相关原理者优先；
– LEED AP / WELL AP 有优先。

Requirements：
–  Bachelor degree or above in hVAC, building technology, building equipment, building physics and other related majors.
–  Responsible, careful and rigorous, with good professional quality, team spirit and communication and coordination skills.
–  Understanding of building physical analysis and related simulation analysis software is preferred.
–  Familiar with relevant green building codes, energy saving technologies and related principles is preferred.
–  LEED AP/WELL AP is preferred.
