10 Design is an international architecture and masterplanning practice with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Edinburgh, Dubai, Miami, London, Shenzhen, and Singapore. 

Founded in 2010, the practice has designed and delivered work in 60 cities across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Americas. 10 Design has won over 80 international awards and major design competitions.

10 Design works at diverse scales, from the design of individual buildings to the planning of cities. The practice focuses on bringing innovative design solutions for multicultural projects, with economic and social integrity. Current openings of our Shenzhen Studio:

O 业务拓展经理 Business Development Manager 

职位要求:
• 至少5-8年国际建筑行业的业务拓展或市场营销经验。
• 对国内房地产市场和建筑行业环境有深度认知，熟悉国内项目建设开发的基本流程。
• 具备较强的独立思考能力，以及较为出色的沟通能力。
• 工作积极、能适应高强度的工作环境。
• 流利的英语及中文听说读写能力。

Requirements:
• At least 5 – 8 years’ experience in international architecture firms in BD or Marketing sector;
• Have an in-depth knowledge of China domestic real estate and architecture environment and be familiar with the standard procedure of local project developments;
• Experience in an international company environment;
• A good independent thinker and communicator;
• A positive attitude towards obstacles and tight deadlines;
• Fluent English and Chinese in speaking and writing.

O 高级主任城市设计师 Senior Associate (Urban Design)

职位要求：
• 著名大学的建筑设计或城市规划学位；
• 8年以上城市规划或类似专业的工作经验；
• 出色设计能力、可视化和图形表现能力；
• 具备Sketchup，Photoshop，AutoCAD和3D技能的丰富知识；
• 拥有优秀的手绘技巧者优先；
• 出色的组织能力并工作中高度注重细节；
• 能够与不同专业团队共同协作；
• 流利的普通话和英语口语及书面写作；
• 工作经验相对较少的候选人或被予以城市设计师职位

Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture or Urban Design with at least 8 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills
• Sound knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop, AutoCAD and 3D skills;
• Good hand drawing skills is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Good standards of English and Mandarin both verbal and written
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Urban Designer

O 高级室内设计师(项目管理)  Senior Interior Designer (Technical)

职位要求：
• 著名大学的室内设计或建筑学位；
• 8年或以上的室内设计或类似专业的经验；
• 具有大型零售商场室内项目的扎实经验；
• 强大的设计和技术能力，完成从概念阶段到项目交付；
• 具有细部设计，FF＆E，物料颜色和材质的专业知识；
• 具有商业项目方案阶段后扎实的后期经验；
• 在项目现场协调方面经验丰富；
• 具有自我管理，独立和出色的人际交往和沟通能力；
• 具备Sketchup，Photoshop，AutoCAD和3D技能的丰富知识；
• 流利的英语和普通话读写；
• 愿意出差进行设计汇报和现场协调

Requirements:
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an internationally recognized university;
• Min. 8 years of post-qualification experience in interior design;
• Solid experience in large scale retail interior projects
• Strong design sensibility and technical ability to develop a project from concept to completion
• Expert Knowledge of details, FF&E, color & materials
• Solid Experience in post SD stage work for retail projects;
• Strong experience in on-site project coordination;
• Self-motivated, Independent and excellent interpersonal and communication skill;
• Sound knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop, AutoCAD and 3D skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel for design presentation and project coordination

O 建筑/室内设计绘图员 Technical Coordinator 

职位要求:
• 能较好完成各种绘图任务，熟悉室内外节点做法；
• 两年以上施工图工作经验；
• 熟练操作AutoCad，PhotoShop及3Dmax,Vray等三维设计软件；
• 善于沟通；具有良好的团队合作意识；
• 英语沟通能力是加分项；
• 具有大型零售商场室内项目经验是是加分项

Requirements:
• Be able to complete drawing tasks independently, and be familiar with indoor and outdoor technical details;
• At least two years of working experience in technical drawings;
• Proficiency in AutoCad, PhotoShop and 3Dmax, Vray;
• Good at communication and a sense of teamwork;
• English communication skills are a plus’
• Previous working experience in a large retail projects is advantageous
